JOB SUMMARY: 21 Plus is looking for a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to implement behavioral support plans and services for individuals with disabilities living in the community and provide support for these individuals, support staff and families to enable these individuals reach their highest levels of independence possible.

SALARY RANGE: $20.01-$21.01/Hour

REQUIREMENTS:  Must be at least 18 years old, have a valid NJ Driver’s License with an acceptable record of safe driving. High School Diploma / GED (verifiable). Valid Registered Behavioral Technician Certification. Must have good verbal and written communication skills. Basic computer skills required. Comfortable with assisting individuals with hygiene and medical routines. Able to drive an agency vehicle lawfully and safely in all traffic situations and weather conditions. Exhibits ability to think quickly and act calmly in emergency. Must be able to successfully complete all required training in the required time allotted. The ability to approach daily work from a person-centered vantage point. The ability to remain calm in crisis situations. The ability to interact with a wide range of people with respect. The ability to execute all Personal Control and Defensive Techniques safely and effectively. The ability to exercise good judgment and use common sense.
