The Community Connections Committee is a group of residents and staff from 21 Plus, Inc. group homes who meet several times per year. The purpose of the committee is to "connect" residents from different houses through a variety of community volunteer activities. One of these activities is a food drive for Ocean County Hunger Relief. Every holiday season the Community Connections Committee looks forward to putting together gift baskets consisting of turkeys and all the trimmings for needy families.
At 21 Plus we feel community access is vital to teaching people with disabilities what the world has to offer. 21 Plus is always looking for volunteers who are interested in painting a few rooms in a group home, planting some flowers to beautify a site, or assisting with our fundraising events. Please see our wish list and see if any of those items interest you.

The staff at 21 Plus understands volunteers are more crucial to our operations every year due to the gap between needs and funding.
